We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver our services:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, and your message
  • Consultation requests — same as above, plus project details you share
  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit (standard web server logs)

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or sell data to third parties.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your contact or consultation request
  • To send project proposals, quotes, or updates you requested
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

We will never send you unsolicited marketing emails without your explicit consent.

4. How we store your data

Contact form submissions are stored in a secure database on our AWS EC2 server (eu-north-1, Stockholm). Only authorised Klaanix Infoway team members can access this data.

We retain contact messages for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

5. Third-party services

Our website uses:

  • Cloudflare — DNS, DDoS protection, and CDN. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of its service.
  • AWS — our hosting provider (EC2, eu-north-1 region)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for security (CSRF protection on forms). We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
